Parking Refunds

Refunds are given based on the following policies:

• No refunds after June 30th for full-year permits
• No refunds after March 31st for 8-month permits
• No refunds for summer permits
• No refunds on a prorated monthly basis
• No refunds on temporary permits
• Motorcycle permits are non-refundable.
• Permits sold for the period of May 1st – August 1st are non-refundable

Refunds are given by crediting the permit holders’ credit or debit card used to initially purchase the permit. Parking permits are eligible for a pro-rated refund if the permit is no longer needed. To inquire about a refund please email facilities.management@smu.ca with "Parking Refund" in the subject line.
